The overall testing time for the GMAT® online Test is about 3 hours and 7 minutes, not including two optional 8 minutes break. There are four sections with two 8-minutes optional break.

We recommend you register two to three months prior to your preferred test date, although, you may register up to six months in advance.
Fee is based on the location of your test center or your location when taking the online exam. Usually, it around $250 USD
You are not allowed to bring your own calculator for the exam. A calculator will be provided for use during the Integrated Reasoning section only. Calculators are not permitted during the Quantitative section.
You can see your unofficial scores after the test immediately, however it takes 1-3 weeks to get official scores.

You can take the GMAT™ exam once every 16 calendar days and no more than five times in a rolling 12-month period and no more than eight times total.
Candidates will be able to preview their unofficial Total, Quant, Verbal, and IR scores at the end of the exam. The official score report will be made available to candidates via their mba.com account within 7 business days (but it may take up to 20 business days to process scores in some cases).
Scores are reportable for five years following your test date.
