Anyone applying to Singapore needs to have good academic grads along with SOP, LORs, & work experience certificates. Besides that, IELTS and GMAT/EA/GRE exam scores (in case the student is applying for an MBA Master course in NUS, NTU, SMU, INSEAD etc) must be provided. The minimum scores in IELTS and GMAT/GRE/EA exam may vary from education provider to provider.
On an average, the tuition fees for Diploma Courses ranges from S$ 8000 to S$ 15,000 per annum, for Bachelors Courses from S$ 10,000 to S$ 20,000 and for P.G. Diplomas and Masters Courses can range from S$ 25,000 to S$ 50,000 per annum. Living and other miscellaneous expenses may sum up to S$ 15,000 per annum..
Students can work for 20 hrs/week during semesters and 40 hrs/week during holidays and semester breaks and that can give them substantial financial support and local experience..

International students on many degree programmes (who have not been awarded a scholarship) are eligible to pay significantly reduced tuition fees. However, if you take up this offer you’ll have to agree with the MOE to work in the country for at least three years after your course ends.
Alternatively, repayable tuition fee loans are available to postgraduates who are not on a scholarship. These are worth up to 90% of the fees payable by Singaporean citizens for the same course
If you are graduating from a university which is in the list of Institute of Higher Learning, and seeking employment in Singapore, you may have an option to apply for a one-year (non-renewable) Long-term Social Visit Pass (LTVP).
